I am pretty sure this will work but I just wanted to run it by you guys first.
Will this switch (http://www.dlink.com/products/switches/des1024d/) allow me to connect it to a uplink port on my rounter into any port on the switch and then have the remaining 23 be connected to internet?

Yeah. It that would work just fine.
Don't know why you need something that big, but yes, it would work. With someone that large -- you might have a lot more configure settings to go through..and a lot more setup shit.
So if you get it, expect a little more time into getting it working.

Ok. Thanks for the info.
It's for LAN parties. If you can't play iSketch at a LAN party, it's not a LAN party.
