Making it a WAD!?

Ok i have looked through the forum for an answer first.
But im short of time so i haven't been looking it all through.

Anyway, i downloaded Wally as suggested couse i had probs with the blurryness.

I found out here what the "magic" sizes are so thats no problem anymore, even if i use HalfLifeLogoCreator.

But im thinking i want to try out Wally anyway.

But i can't seem to find where or how to make the pic a wad!?!?!?

Im sorry Threeboy.
I think im a bit blurry myself.

I have loaded the pic into Wally.
I fix all the blue to make things transparent.

But when come to making it a wad im lost.
There is this choice called WAD merge.
But i believe thats for mapmaker.
To make a WAD out of several pics.

Im gonna look into this Wizard thing again.
But i dunno.
The problem seems to be that i dont know where it appears i guess.
And to make it a wad.

Yeah i know im rambling, but.

IF someone knows what im talking about maybe you could give me a step by step of how to make it a wad.
Thats from when the pic is done and loaded into wally that is.
Its just the transformation i need to know.

In the mean time ill go work some more in Wally to see if i find it out.

Spellbinder: open Wally -> Wizard menu -> HL Color Decal -> if you want it for cstrike, just select your desktop or something under "Please Select your Half-Life Folder" because even if you select your HL folder, for some reason "cstrike" does not show up in the drop-down modification menu -> Source Image, File on Hard Drive -> select from HD -> OK -> a window will appear that says "pldecal.wad" at the top left of it -> File menu -> Save As... -> remove the "\" in front of the filename and make it just pldecal.wad -> save it into your \half-life\cstrike folder

That should work. Don't edit the spray from within the configuration menu in Half-Life or else it'll set the spray back to default. Let us know how it goes.

I'm really new at this and im tryin to make a picture of cartmen into a spay and when I put it into wally everything is black. Can someone help?

I sure hope you're aware that this thread is a good 4 months old and reviving it is quite retarded. Read the tutorials and threads that threeboy's already made.
