Internet Explorer 6 new page problem.

Whenever I click on a link which opens up a new page the page doesn't appear maximised, instead it it just a minimised titlebar somewhere on the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you running any specials mods for your desktop? I dont much about them if you are... how about TweakUI.exe or whatever its called (a WinXP PowerToy) cuz I think theres a setting in there to make any new window come up minimized. Also, have you checked through aaaallll of the Tools -> Internet Options menu?
