Problems with CS

Hi, I just downloaded Cs 1.0.0.4 and it is lagging a lot more than 1.0.0.3 and I am gonna upgrade my computer. I have 64 megs of ram, and a diamond graphics card. What do you think is my problem??

Should I buy more RAM??

The 3d diamond chip is a nVidia TNT2.

to find out EXACT specs on ur video card (as well as other things), click on Start, then Run, and type: dxdiag
this will bring up the direct X diagnosis screen. on the front page of it, it shows all of the relivant specs of ur computer (it doesn't show things like modems, network cards, etc).

maybe u can find out if u have a good video card or not. i use a 24bit generic video and cs works fine for me (i also have 700mhz p3 and 128mb sdram).

You can get a GeForce 4 for a really good price nowadays.

And you can get 512 megs of RAM for under $100 USD...it really depends on your motherboard though.
