I'm sorry, but you can't download a movie that isn't out to buy yet...and it not be warez. Whether he got it from a warez site or a download utility....it's illegal.

Just because someone is listening to a song, doesn't mean it is an MP3.
And even if it is, that doesn't imply that the person doesn't own the CD.

The problem here..is that he says he downloaded it. And, since he can't possibly own the movie yet, there is no way he could have any legal right over his copy. The "What song are you listening to NOW!" thread doesn't exactly imply anything like that. ;)
