Well, I don't know if this has been resolved yet but the damn Americans should just apologize.
They're trying to defend their position by saying that the Canadians should have been following training protocol and have a beacon flashing.
Just cause u don't have a beacon flashing doesn't give you the right to start dropping bombs before you check it out.
Well, that's just my opinion :)

Disapointing the fact that Bush didn't call our prime minister right after the accident.. He took, if I remember, more than 24 hours to call him.. GOOD JOB DIPLOMACY
