So I've had my Wacom tablet for a few weeks now and I'm really, really liking it. I wish I got one sooner. Some people may not know the benefits of a drawing tablet so here they are in somewhat easy to follow images:

Notice the line variation on the tablet drawing. If you press lightly the line is thin, and if you press hard the line is thick - that is the good stuff.

You may notice subtle improvements with the artwork in TrueNuff Comic (http://comic.truenuff.com/). All comics after #513 (http://comic.truenuff.com/comic.php?day=20080219) and onward will be done with the tablet. Hopefully with enough practice I can get as good as Kurtz (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5RLwaXymd0).

This post is over two thousand words.

Not a tablet PC, just a tablet. I gots a Intuos3 9x12 (http://www.wacom.com/intuos/9x12.cfm) - it's awesome.

Tablet PC's are for business people writing words and taking notes - drawing tablets are for artists and have a higher degre of pressure sensitivity, more room, support for 'tilt' as well as other pens.
