Resizing Images

I was wondering, how can I resize images?

I dont own Photoshop Pro and I dont want to download the trial version.

Villagephotos is crappy, always says the photo is too big.

MS Paint slices part of the image off when you try resizing it...

Any suggestions?

So then what percent would equal 800x600 pixels?

if your image is 400x300, then you'd put in 200%
if your image is 1600x1200, then you'd put in 50%

it's not too difficult. you just might have to bust out the handy-dandy calculator. you can also follow this format to figure out the percentage
