I'm not new, I am an original ;) but I left for a long time. I think I might be back now, it depends on time. What with school, work and the job, I dont have much time for the internet. However, I did just drop $600 on a new computer:
Asus A8V-E SE motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+
1.8 GHz, 1.00 GB of Ram
Nvidia GeForce 6600 LE
Mini Keyboard
It may not be top of the line, but compared to my old computer, this is quite the step up.
