It just cuts it up so you can put the image parts together in a table on a website if you want to.

You can do it in Photoshop and export it into ImageReady in the new versions, yeah?

i guess my main q is, once i have it sliced up, how do i open it in MS frontpage, how do i make sure that the cells I want to be able to stretch do stretch.

for streachy cells you have to slice it up at a point where you can make the design repeat. then you create an image for the background element of the cell that streaches.

so, lets say i have a content box. Does the middle of the box and the area around the box need to be set for the bg?
