If you like any kind of techno what so ever just listen and I'm sure you'll appreciate. All you need is real player or winamp and just click the link at the top. As for your connection a 56k or higher is just dandy, I stream the audio at 24k so everyone can connect and the sound quality stays decent.
So why not just listen since you probably already have your real/winamp player on right now, if not I think it's worth the time.
As for the genres I play most all styles of techno, mostly house and progressive (but it's really hard to narrow it all down). When there are enough listeners I play live a lot too. For the most part this radio is still in a lot of testing especially with listener capacity so thus my post to promote it. As time passes it should evolve into something beautiful.
