iRiver iFP-799

• 1GB Internal Storage
• Skip-free and sport-ready
• Record music from any audio source (no PC required)
• FM Tuner & Recorder
• Voice Recorder

Hmm, let me be the first to say that I'm an arse, and I have two!

iRiver iHP-140
I got it last year around April (for my 18th).
- 40GB Storage
- Everything like above.
Except, I kept losing the cables whenever I was at Tafe (College basically), and spent around $70 replacing the cables for the damn thing which convinced me to get:

Creative Muvo TX FM 512MB
- 512MB Storage
- Runs on a single AAA battery
- I've so far had a battery last me about 2 days playing.
- Voice Recorder
- FM Tuner
- Plays MP3 and WMA files.
So I use the creative while I'm at Tafe, and the iRiver I use whenever I'm not needing to hook it up to a computer (it's usually always hooked up to a stereo somewhere).

we should limit the mp3 players to ones that fit in the average pocket.

That's right, because we need big pockets to hold our long shlongs.
