Hey guys, i was wondering how people do these to real pics? What is it called? Can anyone show me a tutorial on how to make real pics into cartoonish pics like this? Thanx :)

people call them "vectors" even though they're usually done in photoshop. They're actually just glorified tracing.
If you want to make them really vectors you should use adobe illustrator or macromedia freehand.

Hardly anyone uses photoshop for vector work, because then it's not vector.
Some design communities such as www.anticubicle.com and www.lowopacity.net should have a few members who are diehard vector artists that can hook you up.

I feel that I must add that vectored girls (including that one) are usually quite hawt.

lots of people use photoshop to acheive a vector "look" - while technically not vector images such as that can be said to be vector styled.
if your destination is for a monitor it doesn't matter anyway, as even vector artwork usually has to be rasterized to be shown on the web.

In Photoshop, it's actually achieveable to get a similar look using the 'cut out' or 'poster edges' filters on a photograph - try it!

real vector is using the pen tool, also vector can be resized to ANY size without distorting, so it is often used for billboard advertising etc.
