News Script

Well I have the privelege of posting a first on this new forum. Now for the huge speech, or incredibly short one "thanks threeboy".

So anyways I'm thinking about writing a news script, not to compete with Z,(i would never want to do that) but just to create something of my own, so I get myself to buy myself some web hosting. (I like to make myself buy things.) But this post has been almost about nothing so far. I'm just planning out the script right now. I'll post some more stuff when the script get the kickoff.

I'll probably be doing most of it during spring break (for me that is I don't know about you) because I think some people are already on spring break.

We'll tonight i'm going to start writing my script so it's going to be fun. If you have any suggestions please post them.

err make it use phpbb, like when u post news, it also makes a thread in forums.. u know so u can have alink on the news post, (Comments)

We'll unlike z's script I think i'll do mine with seperate pages then maybe add them togtether later. But i'll see what happens.

be careful, if I'd done mine that way, there'd be roughly 25-30 seperate pages. Sectioning them off by category is probably a good idea though. Like one page for editing news, and a seperate one for users etc. But I wouldn't give each function a seperate page, just because eventually someone will stick this on their server.

we'll the login and selection screen are going to be different, but i'll probably put together all the news stuff, just so then it keeps down the pages.
