Alls I can get from all that is that he is new, he thinks he is retarded, he is on his rags and likes sucking (Maybe linked?), something about tags and a lack of commas or fullstops.

The problem is when you read properly written text for a long time and then read something that aint punctuated, it's really really hard to understand what the fuck you're on about...
