i can see the taskbar(the one where i click the start menu), help me?

my friend got this problem and he needs help(he cant find it anywhere on the screen )

Try pulling the taskbar back up onto screen, or go into task manager and restart explorer.exe which is located in your windows directory.

press the windows key, the one next to leftCTRL

And if you don't have a windows key, Ctrl+Esc does the same thing
