Line in phpBB?

Ok, well heres a really dumb question. Is there a way I can put a line in a phpBB forum in one of my posts/avatar besides just using dashes/underscores? Is there a little tag or something like there is for the bullets?

the <hr> tag is what you're looking for, it's just that html isn't enabled.

damnit shoa, stop being an ass. Xelo, why won't it work? I mean it seems like if you could write BBcode into ZNews, then you could do it for phpBB. I haven't looked at the code, but it's bound to use some sort of templated structure.

phpbb has programs that are supposed to make it easier to make phpbb code, simply because of all the variables you have to use to set it up. However, the fucking program doesn't work on 99% of computers.
