Does anybody know a program or a way that will tell you what kind of hardware is inside your computer?

I'm not very good at identifying stuff under the hood, and I dont know much about computers...

Help please?

Right click your 'My Computer' icon, and select 'properties'.
That'll bring up your processor type and speed, along with amount of RAM.

If you want more than that..click on the "Hardware" tab at the top, then click on the 'Device Manager' button. From there you can kinda click on the plus tabs and see what a lot of the parts are without too much detail about them
-------
For more detail:
Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> 'System Information'

This will open up a window which if you select the "TOOLS" menu and choose the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" you can get lots of information.
Such as the 'display' tab will give you type of graphics card, your GPU speed, video memory and such. Click to the "Audio" tab and you can get the name of your sound card.
..and so on, and so on...

I'll post the quick and COOL ways.

For the right-click My Computer deal. Press the Windows Key + Pause/Break

For the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. Press Windows Key + R, then type dxdiag and hit enter.
