I also hate when you have to educate retards about copyright law... they think you have to put the circle c to get copyright, but you don't. All works one creates is automatically protected under copryght law.

Basically, it is Threeboy's design, only with different colors and image files. The layout is pretty much smack dead on. Even some of the images are close in structure.

Id give the original a 10 while the ripoff gets around a 3 or 4.

A couple of shapes are similiar, but that's about it.

However it does appear they used your site for reference in terms of positioning and size.

Threeboy needs a good shaking, unless he saw something else.
