sweet game. You should download the desert combat mod for it. Its a mod that makes everything current. The planes turn into a10's and f-15's. The cars turn into humvees and whatnot. Tanks are modernized and guns are too. The mod is in its alpha stage so theres a long time before it will be official.

Bren, it is a world war 2 game but it's different from any other games since you play on f*king huges maps with 63 other players. You recreate the pacific invasion of the japs, or the battle of Stalingrad, or fight to get over the beach at Omaha... It's simply amazing, you have the europe campaign, the soviet campaign and the pacific caimpaign. Also, you can driver EVERY vehicle present on the map. This is the coolest feature and it's very very fun.

After you intially posted it, I found the website..but I wasnt sure about all the vehicles. Thats soo tight. I want this thing.
To bad I am too poor to buy it right now.

I like this game because your just one lonely soldier. Instead of one man army. I don't mind that though like in Bloodrayne :twisted: .But the one man army thing wouldn't justify for this game because this is war not a freaking slaugter house.

I think what he means is its a team game. You need your team to do its job in order to win, or you wont capture points and lose. Its not like games like counter-strike where there is no team effort for the most part.

Sorry to bring this back to the top -- but the more I hear about this game, the more I want the damn thing.

I was just wondering...is there also a single player campaign set inside this. Or is everything multiplayer?

Just a question for now, because from UT campus, I usually can not connect to an outside server with the ports that most games use.

Holy crap...so I downloaded the multiplayer demo...and it actually works from here. The port the game must use to connect to people must not be blocked by UT..thank god.

The game is just as amazing as what I have though...I thank you for bringing this up devil. :P
