Check this out guys - http://coinop.org/g.aspx/103223/Polybius.html

It's basically saying there was a game in the early 80s that people played and then would experience amnesia and get sick. Guys in suits would come in to the arcades and not be interested in the coins, but just look at how the game was being played then leave.

Weird huh? Has anyone ever heard anything about it?

So basically theres some huge governmental coverup because some video arcade manager/employee in a backwater town said that guys in suits showed up to check on the games? The funniest part is that everyting in the article suggests the game was developed by the military or CIA and then implies that the whole thing was made by a German company. Maybe the game was given to us by aliens!

I feel funny just by looking at the title screen! And where's the ROM?

As any relatively mild arcade geek might know, Tempest was originally a game where the tubes rotated and the player's "claw" stayed still. This was changed after it caused motion sickness to the tubes being stationary and the claw rotating, and apparently the Polybius name was just a prototype for Tempest. "Sense deleting" refers to a lead coders Herculean alcohol consumption. Someone clearly took the stories of a prototype game in Oregon causing motion sickness and added a load of Men in Black for good measure, before faking a ROM.
