This movie was quite the film. I really enjoyed it. Matter of fact, it is one of the better movies I have seen in a long time, specially of the "horror" genre.
I suggest seeing this movie if you can find it at a theatre around you. It was originally only released in England, but it became so popular that they brought it over to the states and where ever else it might be now.

Aye, it was very good. I was satisfied after the scene where he was by himself...the fact that the film continued was even better.
The military scenes were kind of weird, but I still think it created a good story. I was really impressed by the overall story of the movie. It was worth the money, and I want to see it again.

Don't know what to make of this film. I didn't hate it but it wasn't great either.
Was very slow.

Was very slow.
Yeah. That is called the "pace" of the film. Now some movies aren't trying to have a fast pace. Which would be called, original cinematography. Sometimes the story or point of the film isn't brought across the best when moving at such a high rate.
Without the scene of the main character walking around, alone, the movie wouldn't have been half as good.

http://www.28dayslater.com/Its one of my favourite films, it rawks :D Had the DVD for a long time now, one of the best British horror films of recent times fo shizzo :P
++I felt they could have expanded the scenes in London a bit, I liked the desolation and the mood of everyone just upping and leaving. If you get the DVD they have included some deleted scenes, such as an overturned McDonalds van with the ingredients spilt everywhere :) Damn copyright kept that one out though...

They were Royal Marines, what do you expect :D Also the few British horror movies I've seen recently have always included a Scottish sergeant for some reason :)
