This is a website I designed for a mobile comms company, I knows its not "the shit", but its not meant to look pretty, its there for a purpose and I think it does the purpose damn well :) If you don't like it feel free to say so, all I can say in reply is MEH, because I was paid. ;)

+The background is still being worked on, its a pretty big image so it might take a while to load, and I know that its tiled, I'm working on it! :D
++If you're not using Internet Explorer 6+, switch now. Read the recommendations for optimum viewing dammit!

I think you should make the background static.
Other than that, I just wonder why you use electronics circuitry as the background. (I know it is for an electronics site, but meh..)

Erm, I've seen that splash button in a site before :P Not sure which one though.

Overall I think it is alright, although there is more room for cohersion.

if by cohersion you mean cohesion, I agree. The splash is cool but it doesn't really fit with the rest of the site. And internal scrollbars dont' look all that good, just use a bigger box depending on the content.

Right, you need to fix some things, in my opinion:

Firstly, the header - "E3 Technology" looks wrong infront of the background you've used. If you intended to keep the circuits and stuff you need to remove all the white around the title text. You could either use a transparent gif, rather than a jpg, or you could recreate the image on top of the background layer, before slicing out the title, and lining it up to the background - this would make it look less like you'd just added the background as an afterthought.

For the product image, you've used a transparent gif. In this scenerio, I don't think you should do that, as there is a jaggy outline to the image. As you've used the same background colour (for the content box) all the way through the site, you should just ensure your canvas in photoshop is the same colour before saving as a jpeg.

The font is too small. If someone with poor eye sight was to come across your web site, they would not appreciate the font size you've used. You should always try and ensure you use 10pt/12px/size="2" text. Also, you need to use some CSS for the links. The blue/purple default is ugly.

The navigation shouldn't be bouncing around the page. I think it looks too temporary. Maybe try having it above/below/beside content box?

Having to use IE 6+ is stupid. What about the customers running Window's 95 and IE 4? Does the company not want their custom? You should always try to make you designs accessable to as many people as possible. If you alienate people, they're not gonna spend any money.

Jam-out.
