Well after my Michelle Branch wallpaper I think this one is much better. If you have ever heard their song 'Imprint' the text is from the lyrics. Again, comments/suggestions are always appreciated.

Oh I do have a question, how would I change the resolution without distorting the pic?

I learned that you wanna try to aim things into the center so your eyes aren't led off the image. I'd try flipping the position of the beach with the mugs of the guys so that the footsteps lead to the middle of the picture, not off to the left

it was a reply to your increase resolution question.. make the canvas bigger, dont re-size anything... and then repeat the grid and move the photos around.

I don't agree with that. I don't think it'd look good at all with a grid over the whole thing. In fact, I think maybe he should try it without the grid. ;)

The grid is too bold, draws ur attention off the images and becomes the focal point.
A lil' off topic: Apparently when designing houses, the architects use black framed window will actually draw attention to whats outside, that could set a focal point.

I am an architect (or in the process of becoming one...), but the above comment encompasses all areas of design. There must be a focal point to create a heirarchy of images (path your eyes follow as they move around the work). If you don't create a heirarchy, sometimes the images or items will compete for the viewer's attention and that can be distracting (unless you want the work to invoke feelings of chaos). I think if you use a lighter/darker shade of the background color for the grid lines, it may work a bit better. Also, the images do seem to divide the wallpaper in half with the band pics on one side and the quote/footprints on the other. Maybe they could share the space a little more and you could keep all the images without creating that division.

Also, I think you should use a similar font for all the text. Neat wallpaper though!

I have decided I don't like this wallpaper anymore because it's too 'busy' I think its bascially my noob way of saying what you guys all did.
