Warped tour 2003!!!

Well today i got my tickets to warped. its on the July second in calgary and then on vancouver two days later.

If you dont know what it is, its kinda like a the woodstock of punk and emo music. its gonna be rad. cant wait

The only problem with it this year is that the three bands that i looked forward to seeing the most (AFI, Pennywise, and NOFX) will NOT be there :(

It's coming to the Fairplex in Pomona...not a bad drive at all from where I live, I might check it out. Even though the Fairplex is a super shitty venue...and there's no AFI.

I wish I saw AFI before their new album came out...they're too big now :o

I'm not going to their show on july 1st. I don't wanna waste my time and money. And this is the same story with the warped tour.. it's gettin pop and ugly.. there is some good band.. but everything else sucks.. I'm paying 40$ for 4-5 bands...

OLD AFI had a different guitarist and different bassist, and it was good and fast, but the guitarist and bassist werent very talented.. NEW AFI has extremely talented people in it and is much more technical. You have to apprectiate music to like the new AFI.

Oh yeah, me too man. But I dont just close my music taste at Fast music, oor heavy music. I love technical stuff, it really shows that the band has some talent. Now, if you get a fast / heavy band with technical instrumentals... then BAM, they are my favorite band. IE Bleeding Through.

but good Technical Instrumentals is making a strong song. and I'll like it even if the lyrics sucks.
